Seems to be ok now Greg

The spigot was actually soldered into the tank with soft solder which had cracked part ofthe way round so you could move it a few mm with your fingers. The solder was easy to scrape off with a screwdriver and I giot it really clean with Scotchbrite Red and carb cleaner, hopefully the Quick-Steel will hold it.
