Ill got the rs2 waterpump
Rs2 150 tooth belt
Custom tensioner
Lower Belt guard from a t4 acv eurovan
Cut it and plastic weld the upper guard from a 16v kr

Got no room for the longer nose on a 3B waterpump thats gona hit my intercooler in my b2 typ85

Does anyone know what tensioner is used in the pic, described as "custom tensioner"?

Its some aftermarket pulley that fits in the stock location on the oil pump...I have it the same but I also made my custom stroker belt tensioner. You can check it in my build topic.

Here you can see my custom tensioner bracket with pulley. It helps to prevent belt slapping.

That looks perfect and would be ideal on my block as well.

Do you know what roller you used?

Not by memory, but it was some regular roller that could be bought at the shop.
