Its some aftermarket pulley that fits in the stock location on the oil pump...I have it the same but I also made my custom stroker belt tensioner. You can check it in my build topic.Audi Coupe Quattro 2.3 20VComment

Here you can see my custom tensioner bracket with pulley. It helps to prevent belt slapping.
