What is the difference between a manual boost controller and just unplugging N75, Blanking bleed tube and winding down the wastegate?
I know a few of you use the Eboost2 with great success which i think can take RPM inputs etc to get a progressive rise and fall in boost across the rev range.
Im looking at messing about with a boost controller with my stock engine before i put the new forged bottom end in and either fit VEMS, OMEX or similar.Comment

I have ball-spring manual controllers for ca. 20 EUR+shipping.
Small simple devices, but work much better than any kind of normal bleed valves, as they don't hurt spool.Comment

I actually fitted this tonight and it works ok, I'm runing RS2+ software and 1 Bar spring with a GT3071 and full Wagner setup. It was boosting over 2 Bar on the N75 and I remembered I had this in the toolbox.. So with the N75 unplugged I was able to set it to about 1.8 Bar, the car goes well and AFR looks ok.. I might turn it down a bit more though as I think I felt it pull some timing in top gear..
I'll try and make a video of the boost gauge, I think it spikes a couple of PSI as it spools then settles down.

Should just tune the boost controller in the ecu
