Yes Brown wire looks like the one. Connect it to signal wire from stock narrow band sensor. Then cut the wire to the narrow band. Put crimp connections on it so you can swap back and forth between sensors if required

Motronic wouldn't be happy. Serial might be for programming or a logger?

Serial is setting it up and connecting to logging software. Brown wire = narrowband output, to connect to motronic if you want. Just crimp a male spade onto this to plug into the plug behind the head. One with the rubber boot on it and only 1 wire.
Other wire is wideband output for whatever you are using it for, in your case your LPG ECU?

Don't connect the simulated output to Motronic, it does not work quite right IME.Comment

I've noticed that LPG AFR is very unpredictable. It'll show 15.5 ish then go to 17 for a while and just now it dropped to 13? Any idea why?'93 Audi 100 Avant - R.I.P

When, at cruise? Motronic should use the lambda probe to keep at 14.7 while at light loads.

At cruise it hovers around 15.5 (that''s what I set it to) but then on idle it will go lean for a while or rich? On petrol it's pretty steady.'93 Audi 100 Avant - R.I.P

The gas afr should broadly follow the petrol afr while Motronic is in closed loop. At full throttle is gas should be set leaner and that is the only difference.
