What will I have to do once it's connected and working? Asking these questions now, because I will only have couple of days to mess about with it.

You can see what the afr ratio is on petrol and gas. In boost you want it leaner on gas than petrol.

So I should be looking at 14.7 at idle, when under boost not lower than 12, according to PRJ for stock map, but mine is stage 1?

Idle should be at 14.7 for lpg too? By how much leaner we are talking?

On gas on boost set the afr to 12.5 to 13.2:1

Modeling tab. Look at afr and also the point on the graph and adjust to suit.

So every time I'll adjust points, and write it afr will change, no need to reset ECU or anything?

Yep when on boost the Motronic goes open loop and doesn't know what the afr ratio is so when you adjust it in the gas ecu that's all you need to do.

Sound Is LPG running leaner because of increased EGT?

Petrol cools with rich mixture. Lpg gets hotter with rich mixture as it's not a liquid. So don't run it as rich. I measured egt 30 deg c cooler on Lpg doing this.

Planning on fitting wide band this weekend. Yellow wire connects as "narrowband" output for Motronic if I'm correct?

What is SERIAL IN & OUT for?
Where best to connect white wire?

Yep your wires sound ok. White needs connected to a light circuit to dim the display.
