      That is correct.
Its not because of the pump but rather the cam pulley which is offset compared to AAN/ABY/3B.

On the other hand, if I were to move it 1 notch to the left, wouldnt it be too much?

It has to be only half of tooth off.

Well then either TDC mark on bellhouse is too high or cam pulley is going to be 1 full tooth off.
I'll have to try at least because I don't know how to move it 0.5 tooth

Yes I know it is supposed to look like that, I will try to adjust mine next time and hope it is 0.5 tooth to the left.
I must say TDC marking and procedure is very "guessy" at best, why have they built in insecurity in such a vital engine feature?
                Just ranting now.

Do you also have a TDC flywheel picture?

I can make some as the engine is in the garage... Not in the car.. There is the 3rd marking on vibration damper... Read those 3 and get a result

Ok, I have not paid attention to no 3 marking because as I understand "it could be wrong" and insecure to use. I guess I'm misinformed.
If you have the possibility I would love pictures of TDC and vibration damper (marking no 3).
                      Thank you for your help

If you measure the TDC while the engine is out and throw the sparkplug opening then it's OK to trust the marking... Gonna make some pictures tommorow

I want to find absolute TDC on my engine so that I can rule out incorrect cam belt placement.

Has anyone used a piston stop before on these engines?
My worries is that I'm gonna hit a valve turning the engine by hand, any BTDT?

I plan on making one of my own, something like this:

This is just a thought but how long has the fuel been in the car.
As for the piston stop. I don't think anyone has ever used one on this forum, but a few have used a screw driver to find TDC.

Good point, however there was almost no fuel left in the tank when I fired her the first time and has then added like 30 litres.
                              No change with new fuel.

Yes screwdriver is OK i guess but a piston stop is extremely accurate.
                              Perhaps a screwdriver will suffice?

Since im not happy with how the markings line up with 7A flywheel, tommis billet & RS2 cams and pulley I really want to make sure where TDC is and go from there.

Use a piston stop, as you say, very accurate.
