I have just rebuilt my engine and im not getting any spark.
The fault code that comes up is Hall Sender Malfunction.
I have put my RS2's hall sender on the S6 and still not getting spark.
Any ideas anyone???

What cam gear are you using? Hall- and crank sensor in same window?

Unplug camshaft sensor, take wiring boot on plug of ecu side. Push all the wires as far as you can into the plug so when looking at other side you can clearly see all the pins. Whilst keeping pressure on the wires into the plug plug hall sender back in. Try start car/check for spark. If working push boot back onto plug. If still not working burn car

I have checked all of the grounds and fuses and they all good. Also swapped RPM sensor, Speed sensor and Hall sensor with my RS2's ones.
I've now tried 3 different Hall Senders and keep getting Hall Sender Malfunction code on both S6 ecu and also when I try RS@ ecu.
I don't know what to do anymore

You need to examine the wiring from the Hall Sender back to the ECU (pins T55/8 and T55/12) (Colours below are AAN colours, ADU might be different)
8/55- Input from G40 Cam Position Hall Effects Sender - GY/R - signal wire - Note lack of signal = Blink code 2113 and the engine will not start. J17 fuel pump relay is not triggered.
12/55- Power Supply (+5V) out to Hall sender - G40; G69 Throttle Potentiomenter and Altitude Sensor (F96) - R/R -

Did you check that you have 12V in the coil power harness connectors (white ones) with the ignition switched to RUN? You should have 12V there regardless of the state of any of the G4, G28 or G40 sensors. If not, it is a power issue, e.g. switch or fuse (I know you said you checked them but....)

Yes the white coil connectors both have 12V.
I have also done the blink L.E.D. test on the hall sender to make sure it's getting a signal from the ecu, and that works fine.
I'm really desperate to find the problem asap
