Modified head - what valves do you run? Poll!

What's the difference between "Black nitrided" and Inconel valves? I'm looking for exhaust valves for my next head build and FCP has these listed from Supertech.

Inconel is a high temperature material used in gas turbines etc. Nitrided is just a hardening process.

As far as I've researched, only OEM Audi valves are sodium filled. All of the replacement options (Mahle, TRW, etc.) are standard stainless.

Stock valves fitted by Audi were made by Mahle. (now out of production)

I have Supertech stainless intake valves and inconel exhaust valves in my sedan. Both are +.5mm. I have Ferrea 6000 stainless intake/exhaust in my Avant. Both are good so far.

Guys, i have spare 7A head with OEM 7A valves....I want to put this 7A head on my stroker block. What about new valves? Supertech? Is need to change intake valve as weel , or just exhaust valves? I read this topic and lot of people recommend using std size valves, because bigger valves need more modification in combustion chamber..I want to make some head porting.

I have bought inconel supertech from fcp +0.5mm for exhaust and inlet valves for my stroker. Last time I had stainless they lasted 60k km but having said that I did have possible debris all over the engine

Because of that stainless valves? I heard rumors, that bigger valves is useless if you dont make a quite big job valve seat angle...And those inconel valves cant hol stiffer springs, but thats what ive heard.
