After many hours I finally can share my twincharged project with you!
First I made some room in front
then I made 2 supports for the sc and made some adaptions on the crossmember
the sc is a 1420cc roots sc from a toyota previa with clutch
afterwards I adjusted the crankshaft pulley
the multi-v-drive is about 200 mm and comes from a american v8 engine
on the picture you see from right to left,AAN pulley-kv pulley-v8 pulley
I dismantled the compressor and cleaned everything + new oil in the sc
i made a custom boostpipe with w/M injector in place, spray it with black paint and mount it on the sc
time to place the sc on the engine for good
for the bypass valve i choose for an electric throttlebody(70mm) from a vw 2.3 vr5 engine because you can open this on 2 ways, electric and by a cable
made some adaptions on it and mounted on the boostpipe, now it can open electric and with a custom made waste gate valve from a diesel turbo
then i made the second boostpipe
made a total new frontplate on the crossmember
because of the small room now on the left it was Necessary to place a new smaller oil cooler.
time to place the front back together
then it was time to adjust the steering pump
i choose for an electric pump from a opel astra
naturally i designed a custom support again
When it was finished I started to place the W/M injection from AEM
afterwards I finally can go test drive on the road and adjust the mapping along with the W/M injection.
the clutch from the sc is activated between 900-4000 rpm,45%-100% throttlebody
after 4000 rpm the turbo takes over
Today I have been on the dyno with some good and bad results
good:the car pulls very quickly
bad: in some way i've lost some 73hp on the end
in the past i made with turbo 520 hp and 636 nm torque and now twincharged 447 hp and 566 nm torque with the same dyno
I do not know how it happens, all the values are good and I come smoothly on my turbo pressure (2bar)
maybe restriction from the hoses and custom boostpipes?
this I'm going to repair in the future
and now some pictures,enjoy
