we have tried with 2.2 bar boost( 0.2 boost more) and gain only 8hp,to low so the problem is not boost,i think it's a flow problem,not boost pressure

yes andy,when clutch is activated,the throttlebody is closed,powerd by a spring(no electric),on 4000 rpm the clutch will deactivated and throttlebody goes open but already than is the throttlebody half open by waste gate.this is necessary for controlling the boost from sc and turbo together
you can see this very well in the movie,first move the waste gate,then it goes electric
further open(see the little metal on the top moving)

yeah,for the lost power i have allready an idee to solve it
i gonna change the boostpipe from ic to sc and bypass valve with a bigger diameter(63mm to 70mm) and go to place a second valve in the sc inlet that closes afther 4000 rpm so turboboost can not in to the supercharger
but all this is for the future

If boost is the same as before and IAT is the same it should make the same Power. If there are restrictions in the system the turbo must be pushed harder to give the same boost so could be a reason for power loss.
What about the cam timing? I looks like you made a new pulley. Are you sure timing is correct? Checked that mark on pulley really is TDC?
