I was contemplating installing a SC to eliminate lag during last build, but tuner said it was difficult to design EM (yes exhaust manifold) to divert exhaust gases at any given RPM. Maybe I got it wrong with my complete lack of technical ability

Maybe he was meaning twin/compound charging with two turbo chargers..?

No it was definitely SC, because there was talk about trying to get screw driven instead of belt driven. Must have got my wires crossed somewhere though

okay,I finished today my waste gate cooling with heat protection around the hoses and placed a new turbo pamper.i hope i can make a testdrive this weekend after my adjustments on blower,wastegate and front brakes
things i still need to do:
-bleeding the brakes
-put the water back on the engine
- Connect battery back

i have made a testdrive today and everything looks good for the moment
no water leaks ,oil and water temp are good and the car accelerates very quickly
only the new turbo pamper has smoked for a while
soon i'm going to make an appointment to go back on the dyno to see if i have gain some horsepower

is there any chance to see what happens if you only supercharge it?
like let the wastegate open an block the turbo inlet or something?

this is too difficult and too much work to accomplish it
blower disconnect at 4000 rpm because of the pulley ratio so i can only make a pull with the blower untill 4000 rpm(blower makes then +-8000 rpm)

I think his latest mod will crack the power loss issue.

My theory, looking at the schematic is that the pressure from the turbo was pushing the vanes round on the super charger once the SC clutch has disconnected causing the losses in the system.

The extra butterfly valve will block the air from going in this direction.

hi guys
well,i'm busy to make more adaptions then necessary
'ive already rebuild a turbo hose and have placed a valve in the inlet from the charger
i was planning to make a appointment for the dyno until I had the chance to buy a good second hand gt3582r.
that means more work
also have removed the radiator to make a waterleak on the engine.now i'm waiting for parts to adapt the turbo
so,if i go on the dyno afther this modifications i dont gonna know if the adaptions have solved my problem from the loss hp but with this new turbo i normaly gonna make 600-650 hp so if i accomplish this i presume it is solved
