I've got about the same power and are running 10x630cc (@3bar) with 4 bar fuel pressure so should be about the same as your setup, but I only needed 12,5ms at 7000 to get 12 in AFR. About 20% less then your injector time. A large difference for something that should be about the same if you look only on injector CC.......

I have 5x1200cc@3bar EV14 injectors and using them at 4bar fuel pressure (~1350cc).
I am running E91 (10 part ethanol and 1 part gasoline) and lambda target 0.75.

Local chemical liquid seller offers 99.9% pure ethanol (~1€/L), something is mixed in so it would be not drinkable.
You can search local chemical liquid seller who offers denaturated ethanol.

These are the same size as I have got for my urq project. What power are you running? The turbo I have will do 600 to 650 bhp on petrol and 700 ish on e85.

10x630 should be about the same as 5x1200. Are you sure that your fuel pressure is right when at max power? If it is dropping(not following boost pressure 100%) you would have to compansate with longer opening times.
Or maybe the 1200 injectors gives a bit less then quoted and the 630 a bit more so the difference is >10% and not 5?
