Bruno, sorry for chiming in so late, I've been away and had no email/forums access...

I'm glad you fitted the chips ok, the boost you have to run is about 1.4 Bar-1.45 max. so adjust the WG spring carefully until you get there....

Regarding an open DV, the problem is at idle, where the valve is going to be open by vacuum controlling it, plus they make a terrible sound!!!! Also, lots of open DVs happen not to open anymore after a while, watch out for turbo bits getting into your engine if it happens to stay jammed shut while you change gear at WOT and 7000 RPM, someone I know of has had this happen to him a while back, only because of a crap B a y l * y open DV. So stick with a stock (S3)one, it's much better IMHO...

Now i understand, yes, the DV is open when Throttle body is release... i see the DV working when i push the TB...

I have a double piston FMV004 by forge... until now, its fast and always respond! but maybe i will change...

Mihnea, that boost is on overboost (1,45) or is always 1,45?

I will buy a new lambda tomorow and remove the cats... and install the new WG, after of that, i will tunned the screw... THANKS MIHNEA, love the car now, very fast response! Hope i dont stop here, new turbo and stuff, and a new remap! but for now THIS ROCK

Hi Bruno, I'm glad you're happy with the car. You are correct, 1.45 Bar on overboost is right, then it should drop off to 1.3-ish and hold 0.8-0.9 at the redline....

Atmo type valve lets out air that has already been measured "in the system" by the MAF. MAF is the king input in our engine management and that's why it's bad. It will run extremely rich when air is let out.
