I cant get more then 0.4 boost at all?

Oki the newest funny thing my car is doing is now that it wont boost over 0.4 bar. If i floor it, it pulls all the way up from 2000-6500 rpm doing 0.4 bar and around 33 L/100KM that is the instant gas usage.

I cant seem to hear any noice like if one of the small hoses has fallen off.

I will pull fault codes later, else any suggestions?

Can a ****ed up WG membrane cause this, cuz then i will try changing it. Have a brand new lying around.

If anybody knows any good S2 mechanics in Sweden, norway, denmark perhaps even finland. I might consider try to norway, sweden or finland since my car is really driving me totally nuts.

Faulty multisensor giving false overheat information to ecu? Unplug the multisensor.

If this is the case you have no fault codes.

Torn WG diaphragm causes uncontrolled boost in other words everything unlimited.

You can probably find a lot of specialists from Sweden. These cars seem to be quite popular there.

Sounds like the car is running on mechanical boost alone.

          Could be WGFV/N75 issue?

If i unplug multisensor then boost would be back to normal?

N75 is brand new, so is MAF, ISV, Lambda, Multisensor, dump valve and so on.

Oki just unpluged multisensor, no change still only 0.4 bar boost.
Then i unpluged N75/WGFV still no change only 0.4 bar boost.

I did notice that the N75 valve had been rubing against a heatshield. The metal of the valve, can this have caused it to malfunktion and then perhaps cutting boost and now strikly mechanical?

Read the fault codes then. There isn't much else that can drop the boost to base boost without a code.

Try to pull of hose from the bottom of the wastgate. If wastagate is Ok then car should make about 1.5 bars of boost with hose off (spring will hold about 1.5 bar boost on 3B). This will at least tell you if you have wastgate mechanical or controll side problem.

                      Porkkis:

There are no fault codes tried to pull earlier and there are not any there
Can n75 valve be broken and then have no fault codes?

                      Bosniens2:
Ehm the spring wont make 1.5 overboost, it will make 0.5 bar overboost or 1.5 bar absolute pressure?

Pulling of the wastegate hose or disconnecting the N75 valve should be the same = mechanical boost of 0.4 bar overboost or 1.4 bar absolute pressure in my case.
I did this and boost stay the same, so i think i have no electrical boost right now and just mechanical.

it isn't the same.. disconnecting the N75 leaves the hose with pressure, and this helps the wg open.. pulling the hose will keep the pressure from helping the wg open, and only the exhaust will push it..

                        N75 out = min pressure
                        hose off = maximum pressure

(this was the case in my last turbo car, so I assume they work the same way)

(please don't mind my bad english)

I will try to check my N75 soon to see if this is the problem.

yeah cam belt was done 20.000 km ago together with complete renovation of the top.

Where is the WGFV fuse located? If it is in the fuse box, does it have a number?
