I know it would be a more permenant solution but what about a small metal bracket held through the grille witha rivet?

If someone can lend me a clip I will see if I can design a replacement that does not involve ridiculous tooling costs....

I've got one spare one (it's the wider one of the 2 clips for those that know the difference), guess you just need to find somebody with the other derivative and steve et al can make a start...

They are working brilliantly. Paint is a little funny, seems to wash off when using normal car shampoo

Got the ferodo DS2500 pads, A8 323x30mm discs and seat ibiza r carriers.

Has to file down the pins on the calliper the other day to stop them touching the discs also.

If there are two types of clips can someone post pics of them?

Greg is sending me a clip, but I was unaware there were two types. Do you need both types to fit the grille correctly???

You sure do. 3 of one type and 4 of the other IIRC.
