I`ve a friend who put on his coupe, some arms from a Passat. And he can´t "up" the arms without open the motor door.
Do someone pics to see that?!

PS: we must make a brico with a lot of pics...

with this A6/allroad arms you cant lift them either...

ignition on, wipe, and ignition off when the arms are in vertical position.

you can lift them in this position.

you can fine tune them to lift them up. mine can be lifted without problems.

the avant/limo arms and wipers are differents between the Coupe´s?

I use the A6 arms with bosch aeros now. recently bought replacements of 550mm as well.

i think yes, but not sure. i have tried the lupo arms which the use on the coupe on limo avant and they are not good. they are stuck on the plastic trim under the windshield.

My stock wiper arms look like ****, i'm bored of taking them off, rubbing them down and painting them,must do it every 3-4 months

so I'm going to buy some new ones and quite fancy these aero A6 ones, does anyone know if C5 RS6 ones are the same and will fit my coupe?

I took my Passat wipers off my B5 S4 and put the on my Coupe. With the hood up I can can change the blades just fine.

Mcstiff - Yes B5.5 I purchased the aero kit for my s4 from ecs back in '05 http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B5_S4-.../Wiper/ES2458/, i took the kit off my s4 this winter and purchased the replacement aero blades after 5 years of usage!
