Skull, your kit from an A6 is good but I preffer like the RHD from the first post.

Part numbers quoted in the original post are for RHD. No cutting of blades are required as they are a perfect fit.

I have to thank you Lloyd for this post.

I have had my Avant for nearly 4 years and it has aero wipers fitted all round by the previous owner. It took me about a year and a half to get the rear wiper to work and up until I found this thread to get the rear wiper bade. I got it and fitted it last night and so for the first time in almost 4 years i can clearly see out of the rear window. Its like christmas has come early for me. (Simple/ cheap things please me)

anyone tried to fit aero wiper arms off the latest generation A3?
I was looking at them in a carpark the other day, I wondered if they would work, they are a similar shape to the ones Rok has on his Compi, but the A3 screen is smaller, more like ours

Just popped into my local TPS to enquire about the prices for upgrading to aero wipers for the front and rear of my Avant.

I asked for the following
Front
2 x 6X2 955 409C
2 x caps for the above
2 x 1J2 955 426B
Rear
1 x 6Q6 955 707
1 x 7M3 955 435 01C
1 x 7EO 955 425

The whole lot came to £170 trade or £190 retail with the Lupo GTI arms being 45 quid each trade

Think I'll be looking out for cheap secondhand arms on ebay then.
