Hope it's sorted! A friend of mine twisted his testicals playing with his dog (don't ask) anyway years later wife left him, he's a Jaffa! Well one live one in about 20 gallons of the stuff!

Ouch and the same thing happened to a mate when I was at school. He dropped like a stone, grabbed his family jewels and went purple in the face very quickly. On this occasion the matron didnt offer a freezing bag but did suggest hospital asap!

What have you done at the front/bulkhead, interested as I have footwell issues.

Pull the door seal away from A pillar and roof.
                      Remove tape covering holes.
Drill out all rivets back to near B pillar.
Remove side trims by pushing down windscreen until free.
                      Clean.
Refit windscreen trims with sealant and new rivets.
                      Apply sealant to roofline trim.
Use rivets to attach to roof then down A pillar.
                      Use tape to seal holes.
Use a little lubricant to help get door seal back in place - work from B pillar forwards.
                      Done.

Allow about 3 hours or 2 if you've done some exploratory work beforehand, like taking off the door trim and had a good look about. I think I spent about 4 hours taking a look, so was comfortable with it.

Mine had water running down between the trim and body. This was getting it at the top of the a pillar where the sealing tape had been destroyed by the muppet that fitted the windscreen
