034 donwpipe-exhaust EM combo

HELLO guys, what do you think about this??

i need buy one very good exhaust manifold and a good 3" downpipe too of course and i have in my mind buy the RS2 EVO EM from wagner,and the downpipe from super sprint or the stock location turbo downpipe from 034 too....

but my questions is if i will have a lot of problems for mount it with this "header" EM with the original MAF and mi AIR filter Pipercross or RS2 airbox ?????????

someone had bought this and have it mounted??? these items(DP and EM) are plug-play and have a nice price for bought together¡¡ or better i forget it and finally buy next summer the RS2 EVO em with other very good downpipe???

RS2 EVO has stock downpipe position.

The 034 item is a good item but you need to buy the brace to the manifold to prevent cracking.

Do not buy the stock location turbo downpipe from 034. It will hit the subframe on you S2 when you will use a Garret turbo. With a KKK turbo its also too close to the subframe, because the engine needs to have space to move.
The stock location turbo downpipe from 034 is made for an UrS4 setup.

one thing i know - i will not buy alone the stock downpipe for my 3b like "bram" said.

I got the 034 3" turbo back system and mine does not hit anywhere.

Only problem was with the rear axle, since my car is lowered.

Did you buy it from Corey? If so it's a different system and not the same one as 034 sell.

Corey's systems aren't made in america they are made by a local U.K exhaust firm AFAIK.

I don't know which company however.

The "stock location" 034 Motorsport DP fits ok with the k24. With the Wagner EM + Garret GT3071R it hits the subframe of my Avant.

Bram have you got any pictures of where it hits? also are you running a dual mass flywheel or single mass?

Reason I ask is regarding the gearbox spacer.

034 3" downpipe on stock rs2 turbo

034 3 " replacement is a poor fit on an s2.sits hard on the subframe.On matts2s i had to elongate the flange holes to allow a few degrees of "twist" that then allowed it to clear.Also had to weld in a lambda probe boss as it was missing.Then access to the mounting flange bolts is nigh on impossible!And whilst having a rant the exit angle is not ideal(for an s2)Well made though,just not for an s2!!!
