A smear of black silicon either side of the plastic gasket before screwing the mount down could be a better and cheaper solution.

Would be glad to know of a part number and supplier also, for a 45 degree Avant ?

        Ariel and base.

        Thanks.

This is what I have. I couldn't find the number for the 60˚ base a la avant, but the coupe number (45˚) is below. I was able to find the mast and base (45˚) together as a kit.

              1H0 051 503 B antenna kit complete 45˚
              4A9 051 503 coupe base 45˚
              3A0 051 849 mast

I have a couple of 60˚ bases in fine shape. If anyone needs one give me a shout.

                    RS2 original roof antenna

Does anybody know if the 45-degree roof antennas are still available? I can only find the "16V" antennas in 60-degree angle. .. Fuba is not available in Europe, don;t even know if the Flex-D is still made..?
                    thnx
