Another way of mounting the old style short droplink front arb to the rear, but mounting it to the struts. I had not seen this before.

Cut off the BJ from a droplink, thread and put it through the bush

What is the effect of mounting the same arb, but linked to the struts, or the wishbone?

The Torsen only works with load on both axles, otherwise a wheel with zero load i.e. off the ground, all the drive goes to that wheel. For pure track action I'd look at a plated diff.
But in this case first I would try a much smaller RARB and use stiffer springs to compensate, will improve independance of the rear suspension and hopefully stop it cocking one wheel.

Ok.. do you have to make modifications for the V8 diff ? Does that work better for track use ?

I have the V8 Torsen in the rear. But unfortunately the normal Torsen suffers from the same issue like a open diff.
Therefore i want a Wavetrac diff. It is a Torsen with additional locking mechanism.

What about a torsen rear diff? Theres one in the for sale section with all the bits to rebuild the coupe diff.

Sounds like the back is to stiff and the front too soft?

My car keeps all 4 on the road when tight cornering on the track, but if you get a 2nd gear corner, it will light up both inside wheels on boost quite easily, making it difficult to get the power down for exit.

I would go for siffer springs att rear and soft in front.. and raise the car front and lower back

I wanted to buy a Wavetrac diff, but they don't do one for S2 Coupe.
Has anyone good connections to Wavetrac for to make them build a rear diff for the Coupe? :-)

you need a plated diff or softer RARB and stiffer springs

With FARB in rear and KW V3 i have the problem with wheel in the air and no more acceleration in tight corners.
    Anybody else?
