Be very careful removing the X-plug screw. They can actually be very difficult to remove.

Remember having to buy the special socket for it when I found out it was £25 I used the end of my crowbar

The sollution to this issue, was replacing the 'o' ring. Which I did. Havent had an issue since. Also fixed the overheating issue, with swapping the radiator cooling fan connections, as recently found out that the fan was pushing air in the wrong direction, thus making the engine hotter.. which could have added to the o ring perishing also.

So all good here and no leaks.
