Just had one of those wide awake nights.. Got up for a cup of tea.. -
Having had a look under APNess's back end at the custom exhaust works I now have a better understanding of the rear ARB situation. I feel that I have the equipment to make a Rear ARB!
Does anyone know if the rear clamps have the same hole centres as the fropnt ARB?
I don't want to make new rubbers/clamps etc. if I don't have to!
I was thinking of a clamp at the drop link end so that I would get a infinitely variable loading. Also I don't have a flaming great big Anvil to bash the end flat. + it would really nark the neighbours off!
Sorry nark them off more!
Any comments appreciated.
as to ARB clamps / rubbers / material / thickness of bar.
If It can be done then any thickness ( within reason! could be done for members)

David, the stock s2 rear arb is 15mm, the whiteline bar is 18mm diameter (ive just managed to get hold of one) and has 3 mounting points for the droplinks, think the hardest setting makes it the equivalent to a 22mm bar.
your welcome to my old bar if you want to copy the shape.

I am researching materials and drop link fixing ideas. I will make a sample and see how it helps.
Thanks for the offer though.
