My rear diff bush is a Powerflex from VAG Parts (RIP).
I had some diff mounts made for the OE XM, I'll try and get the solid model as it was don eon the CAD at work and I'm no longer employed there, neither is the machinist who did them for me

Thanks to Bambridge for the updates there too... Its getting to be quite a list - lots more options than I thought at first. I feel a spreadsheet coming on to cover this anyway properly as the flat list is kinard.
I saw those on 034 site late last night - couldn't quite fathom a purpose for the included file... Guess the big upside of these is the potential to change castor angle, but you'd need to be sitting at a very patient wheel alignment gaff for a while to dial everything in nicely... Though admittedly the end result could be a very nice improvement in handling.
I think the 034 design is 5h1te, verging on dangerous IMHO.
The file is to make slots in the bush sleeve reinforcement ring on the subframe to stop the bush rotating. Could easily lead to stress fractures in the subframe IMHO.
My idea is a lot simpler and easier, might even mean you can modify a normal ally bush to offset spec too, not 100% sure until I can draw it up properly
There has to be a better solution but I still think the anti-rotation device is suitable. I considered making the OD larger and then tapping some M3 capheads into it with matching small holes in the SF in the less stressed part.
