I have everything RS2 now so everything is good. My experiment was from some time before now. I wanted to find a solution for US people who want RS2 hubs using US available parts. I have a front outer CV from a 80 v6 quattro that I will try on my rear axles from the 80 v6 quattro. We will see.
But for Sam we need to find a solution. If what you say is true then he should be able to use 80 v6 quattro rear axles with the outer CV from the front.
if we are talking about the B4 cars, i belive only the V6 engines were available, so they should already have the larger cv joints, therefore the rs2 hubs should be bolt on.
the other B series cars need the CV joints mentioned - V6 engined B4 quattros CV joints (30 38).

The B4 80 V6 quattro limo rear axles will not work with the rear RS2 hubs. The CV is too small. This I do know 100% because I have tried it. The only way for these to work is to use a larger outer CV.
thread resurection... has anyone got any pics of rs2 hubs with the cv in and fastened too the car but without the bolt going into it? ive got a cv joint to fit both the shaft and the hub but the splines only come halfway through the hub, is this right? thanks
