Just lowered my 1994 S2 with Jamex springs, mmmm looks nice handles much better. Unfortunately this may have shown up a problem, the left frront is approx 5mm inside the arch the right front is approx 3mm outside, strange. Tyre now hits the arch on compression of spring over bumps.. I have had someone suggest changing the wishbones etc not sure this will sort it, any ideas.
The bottom ball joint slides in and out of the end of the wishbone and is locked in place by the bolts, have a look to see if one is adjusted out and the other in.
Many thanks for your suggestions guys, am going to replace front shocks and wishbones. Anyone know if Monroe shocks any good can source them at nice price?
don't think its shock, think as newsh mentioned its the ball joint thats moved/come loose. I've had this before and really easy to check. Also worth checking that everything is tight and done up properly.
