    KW Spanner wrench

    Hey
I need some help to figure out which spanner wrench do i need to adjust the height on my S2 coupe with KW coilover variant 2, I have tried to talk to the KW distribution company in Denmark they told me that i neede two wrench one for the front and one for the rear. I then went to my lokal dealer to buy the wrenchs and they want 180 € for the wrenchs

I told the guy that on KW own home page it saying 10 € a piece

    http://shop.kw-suspensions.eu/index....6&page=1&sort=

I even brought the manufacturer part no. along from the Home page and the guy told me that those ware not the wrench that I neede and he call the distribution company to confirm.

From my own measure i would say 80 mm wrench and I would only need one size for front and rear which is the size of one of the wrench from the KW home page

So my questions is: which size wrench do i need ? and do i need two ?
And where do i buy it ?

hopefully some one can help me out

    cheers

hmmm unless your V2s are different than my V3s then you only need one to do all 4. The only reason why you would need 2 different ones is if the diameter is different or the notches on the perch are different (round versus square). Either way those prices they are telling you are insane rip off

    Round

    Square

Jack the car/corner of the car up, clean & lube the threads and turn the spring perch by your hands. Worked fine for my var3 inox, but they are brand new so no dirt in the threads.

Tanks for the response so far, I did some more digging in to which wrench i would be needing and from what i can see it would be the 80mm (nr 19)

But can any one confirm this.

        kw 1.jpg

nr 19 would fit the Spring perch in this pic.

        kw 2.jpg

and nr 21 would fit this Spring perch

        Cheers

On my KW coilovers the round tool is for the plastic spring perch, the square is for the alloy perch.
If you have the alloy perches, check them for cracks.
