Got a small delay with these, but a small batch(11kits) will soon be ready, just still need to get the alu bushings from the machine shop. Everything else is ready and waiting.

Yes, it's possible. Just got all parts ready.

The kit is 130 euros, and shipping to USA is 46 euros (total 176e). Quite expensive shipping, but I can combine two kits with the same costs, so if you have any other there who needs a kit then you can get it little cheaper.

You can check the prices here: http://www.posti.fi/english/pricesandinstructions/ One kit is something like 2,2kg. 1-2 kits will go in the 5kg class. 3 kits will go in 10kg class, and the shipping cost rises to 64 euros.

Has anybody thought about putting a thin piece of rubber like 1mm between the bushing and subframe to eliminate some vibration. Or would that make any difference?

I don't think it make any difference. When you torque up the bolts there is no play in the subframe anymore.
