Are both sides of the car doing thid ?
Is there another video to show the full wishbone with th movement, there should be no movement at all, so either one of the bushes has collapsed or there is a crack in the wishbone, at a guess.Comment

Another video shows the full arm.Comment

I have had the same thing using these bushes after just 100 miles.
I fitted genuine Audi standard bushes 5 years ago and they are still as good as the day I fitted them and they never squeak either

Where the wishbones replaced as they look new? If you can show us a pic of the wishbone incase they are the wrong ones.

That's nuts... really disappointed, I am shocked.
When I fitted my coupe wishbone rears to the subframe (which use the same bush ) the wishbone was an extremely snug fit into the subframe . I thought the idea of poly bush, is that they are supposed to last longer than rubber .Comment

And they are twice cheaper, I guess...Comment

Something is not right there for sure. My guess is the wishbone is bent from removing the old bushes, BTDT.
In my experience Powerflex are tricky to install as the fitment is very, very tight and once fitted there is zero movement by hand, except around the bolt axis. So either there is a manufacturing defect (unlikely I think as PU is cast) or you have a problem with the wishbone.
It also looks lke you are missing at least one washer between the bush and the subframe as not only does the wishbone slide on the bush, but the bush slides on the sleeve, indicating there is a washer missing. HTH

Old bushes was burned out. It was fitted very tight by press, and was hardly pushed to the mount place on the subframe.Something is not right there for sure. My guess is the wishbone is bent from removing the old bushes, BTDT.

It is not movement by hand on this video, it`s suspension testing machine, so even tires was squeaking while testing.
Thanks about the washer, I`ll check it tomorrow.Comment
