Supersport do, just springs, springs and shockabsorber kits and coilover kits. So a lot of choices.

Thank god I'm not the only one saying it!
I think the 'coilovers are harsh' argument has stuck around on the internet since the days when coilovers were primarily designed for the track, and were indeed rather firm. But things have changed.
As for shocks and springs, 'soft' is often TOO soft, and when the rates aren't matched the dampers bottom out, tyres rub because there's not enough control, and it's a couple of hundred quid that could have been much better spent.
OP - stay at standard height and spend the money on bushes and alignment.Comment

Is there a way of matching springs to my current shocks? Dunno much about suspension setups and how to setup..Thank god I'm not the only one saying it!

With all that.
The combination of poly bushes all round and stock suspension works really nicely on ALL road surfaces.
If you have new stock dampers I'd stick with them and fit the Audi sports springs if you don't all ready have them, otherwise I'd leave the suspension alone.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

We used H&R springs and Konis on our S4, comfort was fine, but reduced suspension travel was a bit of a pain. Especially at the rear which was prone to bottoming out over speed ramps. Stock S4's are silly high though, they make an allroad look slammed!.So I want to lower my S4 Avant, I am not sure by how much yet. I need new bump stops and dust covers, so If I am taking it all off, might as well get her lowered.
I don't want coilovers, because they are expensive and too harsh. So I would go for lowering springs, any suggestions on springs? As there are cheap one's going for £150 and there are sets for £300+. I understand that I won't be able to use stock bump stops, so I would need shorter one's, would universal one's do the job, or is there specific one's i should look for?
If lowered with springs, how bad/good is the ride quality compared to stock setup? I have 17" and 225/45's wrapped around those.
Don't be shy to share pictures of your lowered cars, just so I can get an idea
Anything else I should know?

It may be worth considering spacers too - once you've lowered your car the track may look a bit too narrow compared to what you're used to. Spacers will help the wheels fill out the wheel arches better rather than just disappear into them
