  • Diff Lock Question

Can the one control unit in my 200 control both center and rear diff lock actuators?(016 swapped in)

The previous owner of my 200 20vtqa swapped in the driveline from a 5000tq(016), so center and rear locking abilities. The 200 stock only came with the rear locking ability. So my question is can I use the stock control unit to run 2 actuators instead of just one? and if so what would it take, is it as simple as T-ing off 2 vacuum lines from the ones that come from/ go to the control unit?

Also can some one confirm that it is the white/blue wire that needs to be cut to override to 15mph speed cut out? (assuming the 200 works like the B3s do)

Yes that would work fine. Just a T piece from the controller to the 016.

Or you could wire in an extra diff lock controller under the dash and pipe it separately. The diff lock control is operated by a momentary switch. Not an on off.
