Hi dest. Mine the third avant in uk, being registered in may. Is it not possible mine is still the first but registered slightly later then the other 2? From the numbers I sent you and Paul before one of you told me they didn't think they went back that far. Do you have the chassis or engine numbers of the two possibly earlier ones so they may be compared? I know I'm trying to clutch At straws of trying to keep my claim of first one in the uk lol!

I don't know if my Avant is on the register but it's a '94/5'(M) aby, M492 Kxx, in Volcano Black with the beloved RS2 heated black leather Recaros. I'll try to post some pix.

N678 - 16-8-95 - Unknown blue
N570 - 24-8-95 - Unknown green (Broken for parts)
N686 - 29-8-95 - Unknown blue
N26 - 31-8-95 - Unknown colour (spotted on the M25)
N346 - 30-10-95 - Ruby red

Cant see mine here, N232, sep 7th 1995. Black metalic.

How could it be the last one? My old Ruby red one is easily the last by months!

Anyway, Ive not had the time to keep this register up to date, no doubt there are loads broken since I kept on top of things.

I've got an S2 Avant on an M in Black with they lovely black, heated, leather Recaros, 18" S8 Avus, Cayenne fr. cals,
S6 rear cals., Konis but very OE to look at.…… 'Nice motor'.

The cars deserve a register because they're really quite rare these days…always second cousin to the mighty RS2.
Very good value for the outstanding performance/useability balance.

I hope someone good takes the reg. reins. ��
