RR Results today

Well had the new set up tested today and the results were down on quoted figures
295BHP\314FT\LB ,the afr is dangerously lean after 5krpm .so im thinking worn fuel pump and or injectors maxed. But most cars on the day were well down on expected figures ,ie mtm chipped RS2 in very good health did 308bhp\318ft\lb
so either both cars are poorly or the RR was well down on its true figures .
My S2 feels alot quicker than it did before but obviously to lean to be safe

What spec is it?
When I had my blue one on I got: 278.9 bhp@flywheel and 315lb/ft.
That was just a homefry and Milltek with decat and straight through main section!

Is this at the wheels ?

If so i would say thats about right for a 350 hp mtm setup or was that 350 supposed to be at the wheels also ?

spec is RS2 hybrid turbo, rs2 ex mani,rs2 intercooler rs2 airbox p\p cyl head
supersrint d\p and system MTM 350hp chips ,miltek d\v .afr was 13.3 and climbing
at 5600 then engine cut.afr was 10.9 at 3600rpm.

Your turbo sounds alot like mine, rs2 cold side and a smaller hot side that a rs2?
What injectors you using?
I just had a go on the rollers too, what kind of Dyno was it?

MAHA dyno, the hot side is larger than the standard S2 BTW.

Sounds like the chip is WAY off scale, as the portet head can mean a lot of things, so would recomend to get it on a decent mapping session m8.
You would be surprised how much it means

There seems to be some confusion over exactly what spec this engine is. It was sold as a MTM 350 conversion, but running std S2 injectors, now there has been some debate on here at to wether these have the capacity to make 350bhp. The chips have MTM 360PS hand written on them, but when you plug the car into VAG COM it says the chips are MTM 303PS.
The previous owner never had a boost gauge fitted so we’ve got no idea what it should be making, but he did state that a 3bar MAP sensor was required and this has been fitted. Now I’m guessing that with an RS2 turbo on std injectors you’d need to run around 1.4bar to get 303bhp. To get 360bhp I’m guessing at around 1.6-1.7bar and RS2 injectors. Andy currently has the car boosting to around 21psi, try going above this and you get the dreaded boost cut.
Just to confuse things even further, every S2/RS2 that went on the dyno today was reading low!

Chris’s – 229bhp, running the same spec as mine
Big Lee M – 265bhp – Homefry
GT500 – 305bhp – RS2 MTM 360PS chips

you're right 1.4bar should get you around 310/315bhp, did you get more than one run and in what gear ?
