made engine loom now and just doing pedal box then its all the rest of the sound dead off and its off for paint

new rad built and in with fan...
I was going to use the standard plastic tank rad but it looked pony sat in the engine bay so i had this one made and put a lightweight fan and cap on top of the rad so i can save more weight . the idea of getting rid of the header tank is so there is leass water and therfore less weight

Will: Can you explain the reasoning behind your "down" (actually "up") pipe is supposed to work. I can think of several reasons why it won't work. First one is the engine rocks side to side, e.g. under acceleration/deceleration and that pipe will be banging like a MF'r. Something will break, i.e. exhaust manifold.

As far as I know will's car is running bambridge mounts, if so this is solid as hell so doubt there will be much movement. We tried moving the engine on another car with these fitted and I was very surprised at lack of movement.

I think this car is now getting to the stage of being a santa pod car but would be good to see it back at castle combe this year.
