Anyone wanting to share pictures of their URS6?

Hi All. This is one of the best mages i have seen of the URS6 plus spec.The Nogaro Blue one.It also looks in to be in superb condition.I know it has a URS4 front bumper but still a great shot, position and angle wise.Anymore of you guys out there with the URS6 cars as well as the V8 version.Would be nice to see your photos of your pride and Joy and your experiences of owning one.


Here is mine owned since oct 2012 the dark blue Ming Blue shade.It has a rusty drivers upper lip on the front wing but other than that no other rust and it looks reasonably presentable.It needs a couple of things doing which i will tackle sooner rather than later hopefully.

Thanks Macsring. I think it would be great for us to put our pictures on here as there arn't that many of us in the first place. Pictures are a must and if your a fan how can you not appreciate them but also what experiences members have had during ownership are very relevant especially as they are old cars now and in need of in depth maintanance.Where did people find the best sources and hopefully good prices for original audi parts.All this is going to help those of us that are keeping these cars for the long term.

For anyone are going to upload a photo to the S2Forum as an attachment, e.g. for this avant photo thread, also copy the attachment properties and put the properties between this format <img>attachment</img> where < = [ and > = ]. *IT* will make reading the thread easier/smoother.

I have prefered to live in the real world rather than the virtual one. I obviously hand on heart need to learn these new skills your refering to as i need them now for the first time in my life.

I worked in a office as a Assistant Tools Buyer buying tools from all around the world in 1984/85 aged 19.I had a pool secretary who used to take my dictation and i used to send my own Telex comunications myself.Yes TELEX remeber that!! From 87 untill ealry 2000,s worked in Kodak darkrooms making all your paper and film you used to use so no need to learn what your talking about. I hope that explains it so please try to understand

Not an urS6 but my '94 urS4 mit complete S6 optik. She has been mine since 1996. RS2 engine mods, Lehmann Stage 3 ECU, 18Z 350mm brakes, Bilstein Sports with Sachs Sport springs, etc. Many little things too to set me apart from the crowd here in the States were all were sent with basically the same options. I like exclusivity. These are my everyday wheels. No need for winter stuff here in the south.

The V8 UrS4 on summer wheels looks stunning. I love those wheels anyway but they suit that car better than any other I have seen them on.

That's Perry's avant. He called me the night that I painted my car to ask me how my bumper install went....ordered the parts the next day. Lol. Hard to believe that was 13 years ago. TT center caps on those wheels BTW.

My black avant is currently being setup the same way. Got a few sets of European market bumpers in the garage and will use a set on my avant. Got a set of early D2 A8 Avus wheels also. It a low priority project, unlike the RS2.

Few pics of my late 1994 (MY1995) UrS6. Slight changes over the years, right now has settled for D11 V8 BBS wheels, NA front blinkers and reasonably high springs.
