My best mate got a tow on his bicycle up to 75mph. He said his brakes weren't good stopping from that speed.

Today we managed 570kts (656mph) stuck in a jetstream at FL350 enroute to Alicante.

I spent years trying to go a genuine 200mph @ RAF Woodford on my 12R without going into the motor. But it just won't do it. My Akrapovic gained me 17hp but it still isn't enough. At that speed, every additional mph requires another 3hp so I'm still about 10hp short.

Its indicating ~220mph on the speedo at a genuine 197.

I've done 30 miles in 10 mins on the autobahn with another mate on his 12R.

I'll let you work out the average.

Hehehe.... I was hoping you would pop in here...
I know there are plenty of 12's and Busas regularly over 200, but obviously not standard ones...
I reckon just a 50 shot of Nitrous would easily see you over 200 if you can get 197 as you are now...! No internals needed...
Mine is having a little more done to it, I am hoping it will have a rideable 350BHP at the rear wheel, but reralistically will be more like 330, but reliable....

for those of You who already have been over 300 km/h, what were Your feeling? for me it was not so impressive as in all these articles in newspapers saying something about incredible speed, light tunnel and other bull...t. just a nice speed in 911 turbo in my case.
