Just fixed the boost leak at the IAT sensor today. This means removal of the Inlet Manifold to get to it which I'm getting quite good at now, only 3 hrs start to finish
The sensor is a bit of a daft design with a flat O ring round it which gets pushed into the hole in the IM and is held in with only one bolt. I fixed this before with hi temp sealant but it didn't last, so this time I made a new O ring which is really tight and had to file a bit of a lead in on the hole to get it to go in. There was a lot of oily mess around the sensor so it's definitely been leaking, hopefully I woon't have to go in there again and this will be the last boost leak for a while.
