                  did you have to file the key a bit or did it go straight on ?

                        I have question about this elment: (I don't know how to call it in english)
                        )
                        Why it is in that lenght? It can't by longer? I made to my engine sprocket with 2 "elements", but they're the same lenght as thickness of the sprocket.

                          it has to be that length otherwise it would foul the belt pully at the front and the belt cover at the back .
                          why would you want it any longer anyway?

                            I'm talking about this part in red circle. Why pin is in "stair style"? When it will by simply block (whitout this stair) it will be some stronger.

                              you wouldn't be able to get the front pully on if it was like that .try it and see .
