faheemo i'm not in competition with you. yours would be more expensive being made out of one piece .good luck with selling yours
mine are also cut by a gear cutting specialists and heat treated you cant even file it its that hard .
the teeth are not a problem when you try the belt it sits spot on . the seperate key can be checked and changed every belt change rather than changing the whole sprocket .

i wasn't sure when the gear man said it would be ok but once it was made i was very surprised .
when you put on the belt and wrap it around the sprocket you can't tell at all if the grooves are round. i'll take a pic tomorrow and show you what i mean

yes it comes with a key and i can supply you with a spare key if you want but you could make it yourself its that simple .

These sprockets are the business really this isn't a mod but a must buy, the Audi design is p*ss poor and will cost you up to 20 valves if it breaks

Looks like a good Fit.
What i dont understand is, it appears that your Belt has half round Teeth.
My Belts are all square teeth. !

no it is a standard belt but it looks like it has round teeth when it sits on the sprocket .

not really, even brand new belt looks like that on the sprocket .i tried it before i had them made
