I am getting a revised price for the pump since it has been a while since the last group buy. As for parts there is a list in this thread. I will sort the details out later. The kit is tried and tested in the coupe but I havent found the exact details about the Avants/RS2's I think it will come down to how you modify the mount to suit but dont quote me on that.

Before for the whole kit including all bits it was about £210 inc P&P

and the pump along about £150 from memory. These are only estimates from what I remember.

      Greg,

I'd like a complete kit, the pump and all the bits to make fitting to the Coupe nice and easy.

I don't think there is a problem with the kit fitting an avant - it is just more awkward to get to. The proper tool make it a lot easier.

            Greg,

I missed the last one.... through being skint and fears of poor fitting on the avant - but count me in for this one.

Does the fitting kit differ substantially for the Avant ?

Ben, did you get a separate part list worked out for the Avant ? and would you consider lending/hiring out your tool? - so to speak

            thanks

Here is the parts list for Avant/RS2 fitment:

              895 201 779 H Reservoir upper part - retail @ £22.48 + VAT

              895 201 531 A Strainer - retail @ £20.63 + VAT

              N 904 644 02 O-Ring seal (not sure if actually needed) - retail @ £1.46 + VAT

              N 018 812 8 Fuel pipe seals (2 required) - retail @ £0.19 + VAT

              N 011 069 1 Domed captive nut - retail @ £1.28 + VAT

              8A0 201 351 M Fuel line (not needed for RS2 as it's already fitted) - retail @ £16.93 + VAT

The only difference is that you need the fuel pipe instead of the banjo bolt used in coupes.

I shall hopefully be fitting mine this weekend assuming I get back one of fuel pump tools (I have two but they are both out there in the forum ether).

As far as I know the only problem with fitting to an Avant is getting the pump back in properly. This is apparently a lot easier with the proper tool.

Dont think you need the fuel line on the coupe though. If there is enough interest the baskets etc can be done on the group buy too. If you can PM me with what you want. I.E. Pump/Pump + bits for coupe/pump + bits for avant/ pump + bits for RS2. Once I have those and your locations I can start to get something sorted out.

Payment will need to be in advance and there isnt a problem with sending to the USA or Netherlands. Will need to check postage thats all.

You've obviously seen that website then It's available for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries at very competitive rates.

As for the fuel pump tool I'm sure we can come to some arrangement.

Me and Lee struggled like fook to get his pump out. Proper removal tool would have helped, although Dougs "homemade" tool did the job for removing my pump.

You just need to cut some slots in the top of the basket and push the pump in, so the new pump sits as low as the original pump.

The Bosch pumps can flow 200 LTRS/HR IIRC. Its just an upgrade from the stock pump. Given that you maybe going for 280bhp+ on a car that is 9+years old. Its just a re-assurance that you won't get problems later on etc etc....

                                Cheers,
