Hi All
Eventually got round to fitting the heated seat loom to my rs2, For anyone considering this on an rs2 there are some slight differences in the wiring. Bought a set of elements from the stealers, still available and about £140 a set. Went to fit them to the seats and found that both seats already had the elements fitted and tested out ok. Easy way to tell is to raise the seat base as high as it will go and look underneath for a green plug with 6 pins in it or tilt seat forward and look for a wire at the plastic trim on each side of the seat between the seat back and the base. I got my loom from Joe in th US. It looks the same as the ones in the previous posts except the plugs are grey. There are no spaces to clip the relays onto the aux fuse or relay carrier but there is space to jut trap them up there. The small yellow and black wire noted by others as the illumination supply is more than that. I found that if you don't connect it to a suitable supply nothing will work. There is no big yellow connector to simply connect it to but there is a spare terminal on the bottom of the fuse board to connect it to. The earth terminal is a pita to reach, other than that all seems to be ok and working fine so at least I'll have a warn **** this winter
Thanks to all who have helped me with the questions
Cheers Paul J
