    MOT was today. Sadly it has failed.

    N/S headlamp aim - I think the whole unit is sat a bit high so should be easy enough to fix.
    Emissions CO too high on first test. CO, HC and lamda high on second. One of the three fuel lines (presumably the breather) is perished and split - could this be causing an issue with fuel pressure of something?

      Depending on which side of the C/C freq. valve the split hose is, would say whether it is a full-time vac leak or not. Yes, air leaking in at idle would likely prevent the desired lower fuel pressure wanted then. I'd expect it may be a boost leak also. Looks like the ECM might get a reduced vacuum/boost reading also.

      You could check for codes, see what else might be going on.
