Mine is green also. How complete is your car?

Nice project you have. If it would be my car I would try to get it back to Stock MTM. That would probably be 420HP. I am sure MTM will assist if asked nicely.
Regarding the Aux Radiator it probably depends on the climate in Korea. If it is tropical then I suggest to keep it. And if you want to remove it what would you use the room for? Air intake?
I also suggest that you check Tots-parts.com in case. Tobias is very knowledgeable on RS2's.

Recently, I've purchased a bottom rubber strip for the passenger door. I thought the RS2 part is NLA, but I've read a post here in the forum claiming that it is still available. I've checked with a local dealer and yes it still is!

Because the metal attachment of the rubber strip was so rusty and deformed, the whole trip piece was warped. I had to took it off fearing that the rust eventually eat out the door..

Ten days after my order, the part arrived.

It looks good. Should be better with Ragusa Green!

Speaking of Ragusa Green, I painted the center reflector with the color.

The center reflector had two big cracks when I bought this car. As I do not expect a cracked translucent plastic to be repairable, I decided to have it refurbished and painted.
I will keep it as a spare, but here is hoping that I will never use it!

    Standard RS2 km/h speedo's read to 300km/h.

So its more likely that you "only" touched 277 km/h than 285 km/h
I found a post here in S2forum about the gear ratios after I've posted my video.
Obvisouly I haven't reached 300km/h Next time, I'll take the GPS to get the accurate readings..
The speedo on my ISF is accurate, so I just assumed that my RS2 would do the same.

On another note, I thought all the RS2 have 320km/h speedo as my car has it, but that's not the case?

It seems your car is not being tuned in real time as well.

Please let me have a go. I am 100% sure I can make a much better result, even remotely.

Also, please remove the blow off valve and fit a recirculating valve.
    pm sent!

the sq manifold is the same position as the Wagner which is an an updated version with larger runners this issue is generic to all sq manifold types hence my post
It's not bad for speed density cars but maf installs will require serious planning

A shot before max. speed run is conducted. I had to substantially trim out the inside of the bumber to fit the intercooler. The bumper opening is too small given the size of the intercooler. I might widen the opening in the future. The car has been tested with new hardware and ECU tune more than 1,000 km so far.
I was able to touch 300 km/h on the speedo that night. (Could have accelarated a little further given the traffic condition, though) Forum search suggested that 6th at 7,000 rpm is around 285? So clearly I was not able to reach 300km/h, but the sensation was phenominal! The car runs perfectly.

Thank you for your observations and comments. I will certainly look for the better ways to get the intake piping.. Looking at the bright side, I still have a project going thanks to the intake! My wild idea for now is to box in the air filter and have a NACA duct on the right fender just aft the headlight. But, let's see how the things will go..

And thanks for many members here to answer my questions. Without your help, I would have not been able to get this project to where it is!

    1. The inlet looks all wrong, as other people have mentioned.
    2. You already have a reverse inlet manifold which is great!
    3. Lots of people (like myself) opt to remove the auxillary radiator infront of the engine for more room and easy access. It makes little or no different for most use.

Good job, and i look forward to any updates
I've been skeptical about the location of the main radiator.. And the secondary radiator is a must. Would it really make no difference without the secondary radiator in front of the engine?

Well, honestly, I didn't price-shop for the manifold. And I needed to buy some more stuff from them, so I just carried on. Next time, I'll keep it in mind!

Below is the video of the high speed test run. The lead car is my friend's Mercedes-Benz C36 in stock form. C36 and RS2 are both 17 years old, yet they all showed what they've got.
