Yeah the KK does sound brilliant (I've added a stanless exhaust now too).

It depends on the spec of the ABY - I'd like to be one of those who aims for silly numbers, but I'd like reliable performance, matched to today's hot hatches!

Yeah, Bilstein B6 shocks all round, with H&R springs

i use koni shocks with h&r springs but still to soft on track
i need some stiffer springs
