I use an original SQ suspension. That uses 80 mm ID springs. Almost impossible to find. So I calculated the size of the spring, ride height and ordered them at D Faulkner springs. They are way cheaper then any other spring manufacturer in Holland.
    Hope this helps!

And yes for coil overs, original SQ has adjustable perches.
how much does that cost for a set of springs ?

    thanks for info

I was talking about my old shorty, I have gone through 6 diffident sets of 6'' spring trying to get the car right. I still have box of them laying around.
I came to conclusion where I think the best fast road set up should be about 600 main spring and about 100 or stronger helper.

It's a huge positive difference. It's a pretty harsh ride, but not annoyingly hard. And I F'ed up in my previous post. I've put 500 up front, abd 450 on the rear.
