144mm PO weighs around 613g, all sets are weight matched in 0,1g.
Only Sten Parners I've seen were 134mm for Saab, and they weighed like 750g. Then again they were for 24mm wrist pin.
Verdi's look more beautiful and weigh less, but the difference in weight I had in my only set I have pucrhased was more than 4 grams.
Then again it is possible that I had my rods from different sets, they didn't come straight from Verdi.
Verdi's are more expensive than PO's, at least here in Finland.
Stefan is a nice guy, so is Pasi. So that makes no difference.
I am not saying the weight itself makes the rods any stronger, but I have never ever heard or seen PO to fail under power. And we've seen some pretty serious misuse of these in gr.B +1000hp 4cylinder drag cars.
I prefer PO 'cause I know it'll 100% sure hold the powers we have.
