Double check the engine timig from the gear box aperture. The front pulley "dot" is not accurate.

The TDC was allingned when the head was off and engine out.
So it was TDCon Cyl1 Cams 0<->0 änd the line on the dizzy towards the line on the housing.

That should be right ?!? The car runs fine now anyways.

That should mean the timing is fine. I'd still double check.

But the flywheel was taken of, and is it possible to mount it several ways ?
Or just one possiton?

What injektors are perferd to use with the RS2 Turbo ?

use the rs2 injectors for that setup.

rs2 har 034 906 031 F ca 1200sek / st
Om du vill ha ngt o växa i köp RS4ans dom e billigare dom heter 078 133 551 BJ kostar ca 856 / st dvs om du ändå skall custom mappa försök o få tag i en 3 bars mapsensor med. Ja har en box med prg gjord för rs2 agg o rs2 spridare..

I just bought a set from that seller. They got here today. NCTS.

Flywheel fits only 1 way. The bolt pattern is not symmetrical.

OKey det verkar ju bra.
Dock vet jag inte om min mappsensor är förbikoplad.
Då jag kunde köra med 1.7 bar med orginalturbo och chip. men med en 0.7bars wg fjäder.

Har jag bara en 2.5 bars mappsensor borde den slagit avpå laddet ?

vet att en del plockar bort spärren..

Turbocenter 270 Hk Chip sitter i nu.
BB lamda värdet ligger på 12 vid fullast och vet inte vad det ska vara vid WOT
Men soppan verkar räcka för 0.7 bar nu iaf.

So i can manually set the boost i would like to run.

My top mounts was replaced about a year ago, when i fitted new koni's and H&R springs.

I have now got a bit of a clunc in bumpy roads.

Witch ones should i go for ? Std greed ones ?

What is my options.

If I were you I would go for standard green ones if you are using for everyday driver//
