Now its running like crap probbably some boost leak.
It ran wery well but so low boost 0.9bar.

will look at it tonight. will post a video later when it runs well.

Now the car runs fine again.
but still dropping some boost at higer revs, don't know why, mayby the std WG spring.
Will hopefully get a stiffer tomorrow.

Today my new 1bar wg spring arrived.
Will fit it tonight and hopfully everything will work fine.

Now i have a problem.

My AFR value where as low as 9.89 at WOT boost about 1.1-1.2 bar
What could be the problem ?

mayby i just need it to be mapped right.

Setup:
K24 7200
3" Exhaust
rs2 IC
Stock inkectors
Stock EX mainfold
270hp chip (for stock car)

It feels like its just no power @ wot.

Im going to make some new tranny mounts.
stiffer ones. will post pictures as i make them.

I have changed engine mounts and make a snub mounts out of a SPQ mount.

Started whith 2 Std Hockey Pucks (made in Czech republic)


Some cutting done

Cutted to the right size.


Tomorrow i will make a plate the shape of the original mounts shape.
But only whith a smaller hole in the middle.

Some updates

SilverSpiken gets some new stuff.

New Superflex Subframe bushes arrived last week.
Rs2 EX mainfold is installed
Delphi 550cc injectors are on its way frome the states.

Whaiting on some special Camskäfts, called Sture (EX) and Sven (IN).
And i think im the only one whos going to try to use A modified Stock ABY Airbox for my setup.

where have you buy Superflex Subframe bushes are they the same as the bushes in the rear (subframe) i hav changed the all bushes to powerflex but they dont have them to the back subframe???

powerflex do the bushes for cast and pressed wishbones. Where as superflex only do one type, I cant remember if it is for cast of pressed wishbones though

The modifikation of the original ABY airbox has began.
And some other things this weekend.

Weekends work

This weekend i have dissembled the rear part of the car
and changed my Rear subframe bushes for the new Superflex ones (NICE).

And the right handbrake cable. Also Mounted my newly modded Airbox.
Next weekend i will brake apart the front subframe, changing to Superflex (NICE)

i will post pics later tonight.

New engine mounts
New gearbox mounts
New prop bearing
Special Diff bushes (homemade)
Superflex rear subframe bushes

Im going to order stiffer gearbox and diff mounts from 034 motorsport,

But First i will order a Whiteline RARB from Corey.


Does some one know what front disk to use for Porshe 968 rear callipers ?
Cause the originals is a bit to big... when mounted in the original possition on the hub.
