Not much has changed since the last update. Still chasing boost leaks from old pipes but slowly working through them. Rear shocks had seen better days and were replaced with some used working Bilstein B6 thanks to Colesy for them. I have some H&R 30mm lowering springs on order which should arrive soon.

Dyno run at Surrey rolling road booked for the 11th June. I have some PRJ chips currently installed which were previously in my Coupe. At the MRC dyno i made 344PS on the PRJ chips in the Coupe. Now the Coupe has TS chips and made 370bhp on the Surrey dyno, so if i make 350bhp in the Nothelle i would be happy.

Also after many years we have just put back our Escort Cosworth back on the road. I have been enjoying driving that and loving the classic cossie turbo flutters and chattering. Its a early big turbo car. It is a motorsport variant so wind down windows no sunroof and cloth hex seats. Proper head turner car !

Even though I'm an Audi man at heart (well German cars in general) I have to say that looks like a stunning Escort Cosworth, they're pretty dam rare now as I'm sure your more than aware of. What a car!

After a 2 month long wait H&R springs recieved and fitted. They compliment the Bilstein B6 dampers front and rear really well. The ride is very nice compared to before. It used to be very bouncy and always rub on compression. Now it is nice and firm but also retains the comfort.

The job that i was really not looking forward to was next on the cards. Taking out the headliner due to the commom sagging. The job was alot easier than i thought. Next up i will be recovering the board in a nice dark grey suede.

Well done, I’ve done a coupe twice and Avant once, when I was younger and more flexible, not too hard, definitely helps if you have a friend to help!

You need to get on it !! I havent recovered mine yet but i have been putting off taking out the headliner from the car for ages. When i had it out i thought i should have done it sooner.
